Calendar FAQs

Do you follow the school district calendar?

We follow North Thurston School District for weather and holiday closures only.

How will I know if school is closed?

If North Thurston County Schools are closed for weather, we are too. We will also send a text to families for school closures.

What if my child is sick?

Keep them home! We require children to be symptom-free (fever or vomiting) for 24 hours before returning. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tuition refunds or credits for absences due to illness.

Can we take family vacation during the school year?

Yes, but please let us know in advance. Your child’s spot is reserved and tuition is still due during vacation. We understand families need flexibility and will support your child’s smooth return.

Do I still pay tuition during breaks?

Yes. Tuition is calculated annually and divided into equal monthly payments. This ensures your child’s spot is reserved and allows us to pay our educators year-round.
